I carried a Glock 19 for years until the sig p320 came out 2 years ago and loved it. Feels so good in hand, but it is a little thicker. However, you've just gotta get a feel for whatever feels best in hand by going to a shop like bass pro or a local gun store with a huge variety of handguns.

There's nothing wrong with Glocks, even though I might be biased because I own one. They're not flashy or anything special, but they just work and I think they look kind of cool. Affordable, customizable Perfection™.

That being said, the next full size handgun I buy won't be a Glock. I want something that IS flashy and special.
