This kind of Better-Than-The-F-22 fighter probably isn't going to happen any time soon. We're past the point of diminishing returns for air superiority fighters, lasers aren't developed enough for concurrent systems engineering for a new fighter air frame, and a bigger, better-than-F-35 sensor suite would make for an utterly un-affordable plane.
