I have a Marlin 75c which is basically a model 60 but it holds 15 rounds. It does not have last round bolt-hold-open. How fucked how quickly is the firing pin going to be if I don't count my shots?

Relax.
You worry too much.

Its going to be ok. Just enjoy your rifle

It is more harmful to rimfires to dry fire but it isn't going to break if you do it three times. You'll be fine.

I've dry fired my 10/22 multiple times at the end of a mag and never had an issue. If it really concerns you, pick up a spare firing pin.

modern rimfires have a firing pin stop that keep it from hitting the back of the empty chamber

This thing is at least 30 years old, maybe 50

I think OP should be more worried about his chamber being fucked as the soft metal they use in cheapo guns like .22s gets pounded by the hot firing pin so hard it breaks or deforms and thus causes the chamber to not properly seal. The firing pin can be replaced, but if you fuck up the throat you need a whole new barrel, which is much more expensive.

You're using correct terminology but in... Chaotic order. What drugs you on boy??

Like others said, a fresh new firing pin will be $10 at max. You shouldn't worry about it. I personally love the Marlin 60 for holding the bolt open unlike the 10/22 though.

you could load a snapcap as last round
