have you ever asked the armory? the last time i did the serialized inventory on lejeune the MHG armory had about 30 but nobody ever used them. They were only carded out for people that asked so they rarely saw the outside world.

left side ejection port and everything. They also have wrong sided mag releases on M9's for lefties as well but you can do that yourself with a screwdriver. I used to do it for my lefty buddy

The only rifle that would have mattered on was the old A1's that have no brass deflector and are no longer in service. All other variants (A2, A3, M4) have brass deflectors making it irrelevant. Also, there are "snap in" brass deflectors available for A1s which would have been supplied (pic related).

Also there are no left handed uppers of any type (A1, A2, A3, or M4) in military inventory.
