So, 100yds/Lb works for the posted sizes in integer pounds. Being 5 kilometers away, while an impressive shot to make, is probably too goddamn far. The inverse square law shows that there IS a minimum "safe" distance, probably around 400m where the shockwave won't be damaging, but shrapnel can kill you from farther.
