Show me a better 5.56 rifle than this.
Pro-tip: You can't.
>>32893644
This looks nicer though
>>32893644
You rang?
>>32893731
Nice. I like the SCAR 17 better though, the achievements of the SCAR are basically lost on the 16s.
The CZ805 is basically a better SCAR 16S.
>>32893644
it looks really nice except for the stock
>>32893758
That said, the SCAR 17s is actually my favorite rifle.
>>32893644
wrong
>>32895165
How the Austrians keep doing it is beyond me, the absolute madmen.
>>32893644
>>32895165
THAT THICC BARREL MMMMM
>>32893644
Yes I can.
>>32893644
>can't thumb over bore
Low speed high drag turd.
>>32893644
>make me feel better about purchasing the rejected CZ that they're dumping on the market
>>32895276
Are these URX prototypes or something?
>>32895165
Gotta say, that is a nice rifle.
I hope they win the German Military contract.
Two words >UGG boot
>>32895294
Rejected? How?
>>32895294
Which CZ are you talking about?
>>32893644
AK always wins, no matter what caliber.
>>32895304
URX LW you newcoon.
>>32895596
Czech military threw a absolutely nasty pussy fit over not taking AR-15 mags or having a bolt release. The 806 is the fixes for those. It's also lighter since the 805 was originally supposed to be a polymer gun the thickness of the receiver was larger. They went with aluminum on the 805 so the 806 knocks the weight back down with the waffle look cuts in the aluminum.
>>32893665
This looks even nicer.
>>32895608
Nope.
>>32895664
I really want one of these, and they're easy on the eyes
>>32895664
This looks best
>>32895663
Sounds like an all around better rifle, nice. I'd have thrown a fit too if I were them.
>>32893644
Dont fucking doubt me asshole.
>>32895737
Then show me what you got.
>>32893665
It looks like shit
>>32895608
even the ukes know thats bullshit
>>32895651
Thanks faggot. Shame these never went into commercial production. I like it more than my urx2
>>32895737
I wonder how hard it would be to change which gun she's holding.
Brb
>>32895794
Have fun with your jamming.
>>32895672
It's reliable and accurate enough for an assault rifle. It may not have fancy pancy ambidextrous shit, but it gets the job done with extreme reliability and decent accuracy. No modern rifle is as reliable as an AK.
>>32895981
>No modern rifle is as reliable as an AK.
This meme really needs to die.
>>32895737
>>32895865
I tried but the only good RDB image I could find was pretty low res
>>32896018
You have to prove it wrong first. Also, you can't use AKs made by American companies as an example. I'm looking at you IO.
>>32896118
tried one more, the pose kinda makes it look dumb tho
>>32896165
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DX73uXs3xGU
>>32896200
Thanks. RIP that POS-rifle.
>>32896165
HK416, FN SCAR, CZ Bren 805 are all incredibly reliable.
Actually, I don't know why anyone would prefer an AK over the SCAR 17S.
>>32896340
Looks SPACE as fuck.
>>32896354
gas piston kek
>>32896165
Here's the AR15 video of that (>>32896200

>>32896340
What is this?
>>32896525
An extremely customized AR15.
>>32895686
more guns should come in od green instead of fde imo
>>32896564
wut are the:
>foregrip
>stock
>drum
>>32896588
The stock and foregrip are the Hera CQR set,
>>32893644
I really want one OP. But I want it to be in 7.62x39 so I can fill that void in my collection.
Part of the reason why I'm looking at a 556R
>>32895664
Anon, if I want to buy one in 7.62 but I really hate the fore grip.
Who makes a railed for grip for the 556?
>>32895960
>ukrainian bolt action AR
>jamming
>any decent AR jamming
come on now
>>32896713
>>32893644
I'd buy a 6.5 Grendel or .308 one instantly.
>>32893644
out of my way untermensch
>>32896200
That's a Romanian AK. If you even did a second worth of research, you'll see how shitty Romanian AKs are. Also, people who have trained with AKs and ARs know how reliable the AK is over the AR. Even James Yeager, who loves the AR15, said how when people take his private contractor course, those who attend with ARs, will finish the course with AKs because of how there no time for maintenance because of drill after drill. Plus, that mud test was pretty unrealistic. The AR may have prevented mud from going in that time, but once it does manage to go inside, it will fail. I'll put here a link to a more realistic torture test, and the AK won over the AR.

>>32896641
No idea man, I just got mine. I'm still trying to find somewhere to buy an original diopter rear sight, they seem to unobtanium.
>>32896872
>being this buttblasted
>moving goalposts from "muh American" to "muh Romanian"
>unironically using the ditch bitch as a point of reference on the topic.
You're a fucking mess m8. You're talking about a reliability test being unrealistic and post a video of shillmeister pouring dirt into a pmag, because that's something that happens a lot right?
>>32897237
Why do you bother, he is just a shitposter with an agenda
>>32897237
>Pouring dirt in pmag
If that's the only thing you saw in the video, then you're an idiot.
>>32895663
I can't really blame them for wanting those changes, but these waffle cuts are not attractive.
>>32895165
dat scope is sexy as hell
>>32895285
>Low speed high drag
exactly what you want to be if you are airborne, otherwise you impact at terminal velocity
>>32897290
Still waiting for you to address the moving of goalposts, the ditchbitch thing, and the fact that you posted an unrealistic test to in response to another "unrealistic" test.
Do you know how to argue? Or are you just going to deflect until I'm all out of (You)'s ?
>>32895686
old handguard is sexier
Kay. Done. Czech shit owned by Hrvat shit.
>>32896165
>AK more reliable than anything else
>no modern country uses AKs
>AKs only used by poorfag countries (Even china switched and thats saying alot)
This is proof enough
>>32896872
>reliable
>breaks in cold weather
Your youtube-prophet also demonstrated the AK-reliability in this video:

>>32895189
It looks cool and is almost reasonably priced but how durable are those polymer lowers?
>>32900019
>>32897317
>>32895686
>>32893731
Why do all those stocks look like fucking boots? What was wrong with triangular stocks?
>>32896525
Didn't Hera make this stock and grip, so they'd be California conform?
>>32893731
/thread
>>32900280
Pretty much. This is the CA compliance model which is by all definitions a great way to give the middle finger to California dumb laws
>>32900371
I like it less than normal grip wraps. Harder to take out the cuck section and put back it back in quickly than the one screw to slip a wrap off or on.
>>32900019
I mean it looks nice, but nobody has actually shot it yet, so I don't know.
>>32900276
They want the SCAR audience.
>>32895165
I wish they made the gas block low profile and the rail not monolithic.
>>32893644
>>32893665
>>32895664
Nothing personal, kiddo
>>32900598
I am extremely jealous. Are those converted 556/551a1's?
>>32900684
I believe the right one is an SBR'd US made P556, and the left is one of the imported 553s from Switzerland that Sig did awhile back.
I have P556 that I've made into a 553ish clone.
>>32900716
Yep, SG553P. 4 thousand bucks.
>>32895285
>thumb over bore
No one uses this besides a coast gaurd weeb.
>>32900583
>>32900598
Isn't this the Swedes' standard firearm? What makes it good/bad - I'm curious
>>32900716
>>32900727
Damn. I'm tempted. I wish I didn't have more important things to spend the money on right now.
>>32900855
It's basically a 5.56 AK with super tight Swiss-level tolerances. Kind of the best of both worlds from ARs (accuracy) and AKs (reliability)
Plus they're dead sexy
>>32900855
The SG550 is the Swiss service rifle. It's a decently built firearm that has high standards for stuff like accuracy with the GP90 cartridge, but I hear it's finished like shit and rusts on certain parts.
>>32901022
That and its much too heavy compared to an AR.
It was not designed for assault operation its more like a stationary defensive rifle (like the Swiss Army).
The AR on the other hand is very lightweight amd got a very good manageable recoil for easy follow up shots.
AR and SIG550 are filling completly different roles (offensive vs defensive tactics)
>>32901022
Yes, the gas tube has the tendency to rust easily, the takedown pins and some other small parts are losing their protective plastic finish pretty easily aswell.
In addition they dont come with a chrome-lining nor an inside-nitriding.
In the Army we had to grease them after every shooting (and even that didnt prevent the rusting gas tube on some of them).
>>32893644
it's literally a knock off of the scar without compatibility for all the juicy choices of ar grips.
try harder nigger 0/10
>>32895240
underrated post
>>32893758
nigger are u stupid?!
>>32893731
hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng
>>32901357
Wait, the barrels aren't chrome lined?
>>32901616
No, the bore is not chrome-lined at all and the barrel is just made from standard chrome-molly-steel.
Source is the review of the .308 version of the SIG550 (german)
http://www.frankonia.de/images/multimedia/pdf/p181589-test-visier-231215-de-DE.pdf
And it's also mentioned here:
http://www.biggerhammer.net/sigamt/550/idr550/
And btw, the manufacturer, Swiss Arms, doesnt produce any SIG550 for the Swiss Army anymore (source, german: https://www.nzz.ch/das-sturmgewehr-1.9271989)
>>32900268
Swiss scar knock off is best scar knock off
>>32901943
Well that explains the high accuracy, it's more of a match rifle than a military rifle.
>>32902045
As long as you dont shoot full-auto you should be fine.
>>32898786
not that anon but what does a magpul folding stock breaking say about aks reliability? I'm not a fan boy but besides a hick up just like every other rifle needed a cycle or two to perform without issue.
>>32902373
The AK didnt fire at all while all the other rifles did fire.
>>32896525
