If you want to get right down to it, the 1st ABs regimental arty is better than the PLAs 112th regimental arty.

The 1st's has 1 more fires Batt. PLA has two gun, 1 missile, 1 "anti tank" batt. US has 3 gun 2 missile batt

US artillery, missile and anti tank systems are objectively inferior.

PLZ-05A has up to 100km range, while US artillery is rightfully mocked for what it is: Obsolete crap.

PHZ-10 MRLS is superior to any US system because it has modular and flexible quick reload systems for its rockets, as well as an assortment of guided rockets that use gas vanes to hit mobile targets autonomously.

Lastly, the AFT-10 missile system is much superior to whatever the US has in terms of ground based anti tank system, since it is basically the canceled XM-501 Netfire, PLA styled. A single ATGM company can take out an Abrams battalion with pinpoint accuracy and without even needing any line of sight to them due to their NLOS missiles.

On the ground, America is ducking wrecked.

And let's not talk about the usage of air support, for the organic AA systems of the 112th are generations ahead of whatever cold-war era leftover stinger that the US still uses these days as their only AA means. PGZ-07 and HQ-17 can shoot down your strike planes, shoot down their missiles and shoot down even the hellfires of your Apaches with their sensor fuzed munitions and missiles.
