IS magpul actually shit or is that just a meme?
>>32880107
Actually shit.
>>32880107
Most of their shit is decent.
Their mags are excellent.
Though several of their other offerings are pure memes.
Their AR stuff is GTG. AK stuff is hit and miss.
>>32880107
Love their mags, haven't used any of their other products, though.
I was thinking about trying out their angled fore grip. Anyone with experience with it? Is it a good grip or just a meme?
I've got a mid length AR as I'm 6'4" with long arms if that makes a difference.
>>32880128
A shitskin with a shit opinion. Who knew?
Their mags are fine in my di ar but for some reason my long stroke piston ar doesn't seem to like them too much but it's fine with everything else. All the moe furniture I've ever used has held up well, especially their hand guards which are a cheap alternative to spending a lot on rail systems. Overall, they make good stuff but it's not the end all be all, there are always other alternatives. I also wish their glock mags' feed lips would hold up after 4 thousand rounds.
>>32880159
AFG is comfy
>>32880107
I have their hand guard, vertical grip and CTR stock. All of it seems to be good quality and I quite like how the rifle feels with it all. The grip is pretty nice for control, but I bought it due to an old wrist injury, the angle it gives me is a lot more comfortable for longer range days. I was going to get the angled grip but my local store had the vertical in stock so I decided to try it out and I quite like it. Gives a few options on how you grip the rifle.
All of their HK/PTR stuff is garbage.
>>32880694
Oh yeah, I should mention this is all on an AR, not sure about other guns.
>>32880107
I really like their magazines. My MR1 is a bit picky with mags, but I've never had problems with Magpul. I might pick up some of their followers and see if swapping them will help my other mags out.
Mags, stocks, and slings are great. I've never used their hand guards though. It's good, inexpensive gear that will outlast 99.9% of the people who use it.
9/10 for all the gear they offer for ARs, only other products by them I've used are AK mags, and no complaints with them either (can't speak for the furniture though).
They'll be 10/10 when they finally release the fucking UBR Gen 2
Decent gear. Cancerous fans.
>>32880159
Stubby grip feels better. Foregrips are a meme anyway. Get a decent handguard.
magpul furniture is the best looking ar-15 furniture imo
>>32880107
> discontinues "sand" furniture
Magpul are trolls.
>>32880107
It's a meme. Magpul is one of the best firearms related companies in existence.
>>32880107
Furniture is sturdy and pretty comfy.
BUIS work, and from my experience they're super solid and hold zero.
Magazines are some of the best.
I have the vertical grip on my AR and it's breddy good. I can hold it and it's lightweight.
I have a multi-mission sling too and that's kinda meh. It's convoluted and kinda heavy, straps dangle all over.
>>32884269
Best looking? That's debatable, but for an entry-level no-frills build it can't be beaten for the price.
>>32880107
magpul is great. company culture, quality, innovation.
>>32880230
>my long stroke piston ar doesn't seem to like them too much
Opinion discarded on everything including what your favorite color is
>>32884774
Try again fag
>>32884809
>Posting a pws abortion longstroke Ar will prove otherwise
Even your picture is discarded until soemone who isn't afflicted with the disease reposts it
>>32882037
I'm all ears if you have a good suggestion. All I have is a cheap heavy UTG quad rail.
>>32880107
You can make a lot of money sticking $100 worth of Magpul furniture on a basic bitch AR and flipping it on Armslist for $1k as a one-of-a-kind custom.
>>32884855
>get blown the fuck out
>cry and throw insults
Eat a dick, let's see your ar or does mommy and daddy not let you have one in the house?
>>32884881
I laughed, but it hurt a little.
>>32884904
>Let me see your Ar because it absolves me of shit taste
Every time friend
>>32880107
A magpul is fine.
lightweight.
plenty of attachment options
ain't gonna break it under normal conditions
>>32884982
>Deflect away because you've got absolutely no ground to stand on when criticizing an ar's operating system, then proceed to show zero proof of even owning an ar or even some sort of comparable firearm.
Lol get the fuck out of here, you're either
A. European who's only experience with a firearm is seeing one held by a police officer and regurgitating memes heard on /k/
B. You're a noguns faggot who's only experience with firearms is call of duty and regurgitating memes heard on /k/
So please anonymous shit poster on my Samoan paper folding image site, explain why long stroke piston is an inferior operating system, we'll all be waiting.
>>32880107
I like mine. I've been meaning to get some for my 870 and 10/22, but I don't feel like dropping 200 + bucks right now.
>>32880107
Magpul is entry-level, works fine for the price tier. That doesn't make them good.
>>32880107
I love my AR and AK pmags. But am i the only one who doesn't like M LOK?
Never heard of them
>>32880107
Go bound with them.
>>32885930
UBR and PRS are pretty fucking based
I just use their shit because it's not completely shit, and is easy to find everywhere.
>>32886065
M Lok a shit and people only buy it because it's cheaper than Keymod. Keymod is best mod.
>>32880128
Fucking muslim shitskin opening his rotten godless mouth
>>32880107
I like their stuff, although the AK MOE handguard I got has become wobbly after a year and a half.
>>32884269
I fucking hate that handguard.
>>32885298
>I'm emotionally invested in my abortion rifle and think if someone else doesn't show me their Ar then I'm absolved of my shit taste
Like pottery
>>32885065
magpul furniture is not lightweight compared to generic a2
its more comfy and sturdy but its not lighter
>>32887061
Yep you proved me right again, a literal non argument
Pmags are rugged and reliable. Decent grips. Love some of their stocks (PRS/CTR). No experience with anything else. Id steer clear of their plastic handguards. Get a set of yankee Hill or something solid.
>>32884269
I really like the Magpul furniture as well especially in non-standard colors
>>32880107
I really hated their mags until my GI steelies rusted. Then I talked shit about their hand guards until I bought one for the rail sections. By the time I converted and got a MOE stock there was nothing left to cling to.
Plus they all come with a decal.
>>32880107
Stock and mags are good, handguards are trash and their accessories are mallninja-tier and expensive for no reason
>>32880107
magpul k2 is my favorite pistol grip
>>32887333
>Yep, I've got my ego invested so hard in this shit rifle
Good to know can admit it friend
>>32880107
