I shot one of those beretta 1930s 9mm carbines a couple of times, it has a 25 round mag and the other is 10 or 15 i don`t remember, i shot the one with the bayonet. And a different trigger guard

Yeah I was thinking how while they weren't cutting edge they weren't antiquated rusted 19th century gun bush niggers or bedouin either. For some reason it's easy to think so because of the whole banzai shenanigans but they had plenty of suitable mortars, artillery, machine guns, all that. Kind of like thinking the VC were a bunch of half-naked barely equipped yellow monkeys when it turns out they had some good damn guns.
