I wouldn't do it as a straight trade. I disliked my 30sf as it was a fucking brick, but would never have traded it for an 80s S&W auto.

there isn't a huge price disparity, but the Glock is way easier to sell. I'd put money that the guy is looking for the trade because he can get the same money for a much easier pistol to sell

He offered a few. Ruger SR9C, the 669, and xD9 mod 2 compact. A Glock 17 as well, but obviously I want to try something beside a Glock.

Reason I was considering the 669 out of those is mainly looks and the fact it's both single and double action. I've never handled one, but as long as they're reliable, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

Are the other one's a better option? Not sure if it adds to value or not, but I'm throwing in a Crossbreed holster as well.

it's a lateral move at best, with a smaller market if you want to eventually get out of it. XD9 or the 17 is closer to the best trade, but from the sounds of the trade, I'd put money on it being a beat up police trade in. I still wouldn't unless he put cash on top. do not include your crossbreed. that's even worse.

sell your 30 and your crossbreed, then buy something you want. this guy is trading you trash for a more marketable pistol.

What would you say is a fair asking price? I tried looking it up online and the range is all over the place. Some say 30sf is worth less, some say more. Glock, original cade, 3 mags, and a Crossbreed (horse hide and combat cut,) what would be a fair asking price?

My Glock has some holster wear on the slide, so it's not a safe queen, but it's been cleaned often with only about 400 rounds through it.
