Just got my firearms license a few weeks ago, my modest poorfag arsenal so far. Russian SKS and Mossberg 88.

i've had a lot of different stuff since i've started collecting, not too many of them have stayed constant.

the Uberti black powder pistol i do have a question on though,

i got it for dirt cheap recently, because the guy before broke something in the trigger mechanism, turns out both the and spring and the the trigger and stop spring for it,

while i successful transplanted both of those now when i try to cock the gun the trigger won't catch, i've tried googling to see if i could figure it out but i can't.

if i manual with some force move the trigger over while simultaneously cocking the gun it will catch but after it's fired i'd have to do that each time and i just want to fix it.

there aren't too many assembly videos online and none of them show trigger assembly very well so i'm not sure if maybe i just assembled it incorrectly but i've reassembled it about 5 times now to no avail, any help or advice on it would be appreciated.

Looking at some uppers/optics next, thinking a Vortex Spitfire x1 for the 16 inch I have on now, and then a 20inch with some magnified optic.

Then comes an AR pistol build. After that I'm thinking AKM, PTR A3R, and maybe a shotgun because why not.

Re arranged the ammo stash a bit because another 1100rds of GT 762 came in last night.
Now both of the crates on the right are holding 1680rds of it. And I've got most of 1000rds of wolf gold 223 sitting up top, and 700 or so rounds of 32acp up there. Had to move the 2 spam cans of 8mm on top of the shotgun ammo stack on the right.

I have a spitfire AR on my pistol. It's pretty sweet. I kept the strike eagle from the magpie AR (sold to big brother) which was pretty useful. I usually only shoot to 100 yards, so irons tend to be fine.

I am trying to fit a new dust cover onto the SKS, but it's being a fiddly little cunt. Will take an update photo once it's on. I am putting the CZ75 and P220 on consignment this weekend.

I finally got around to getting pictures of my collection. I just bought the 930 for 3-Gun this season since running a pump wasn't all that fun last season. In march, I'm passing through Lexington KY, so I'll probably end up buying something from Buds while I'm there and having it shipped home.

There's only 3, actually (the 2 camps and the 9mm AR), but it's a good question. Fun and cheap to shoot.

Also, being a righty that's left eye dominant makes shooting long arms interesting. My right eye is useless with irons. Bolt guns I can shoot lefty, no problem, but lefty semi-autos are rare/expensive, and right handed semis will cover your glasses in lube + powder/eject in your face when shot lefty for long periods. Shooting righty means giving up accuracy, which can take the enjoyment out of it (my left eye is 20/100, right eye is 20/400. Corrects to 20/20 with glasses, but focusing is hard). Shooting right handed with a more powerful scope leaves me unable to focus effectively for several minutes after. What all that gets to is that pistol calibers shot right handed through low power glass fill a nice niche for me. It lets my eyes rest and work better, allows the gun to run naturally, eat cheap ammo, and be accurate enough within 50 yards to still enjoy it. The glass on those guns are 2.5x, 4x, 2-8.5x, 3x, and 1.5x-4, I believe, and they're just guns I enjoy shooting. The .30-06 is 3-9x.

a 500 won't do you wrong, but be aware that if you're going to try to be competitive, you're going to want a semi-auto shotgun. There's nothing wrong with starting with pumps, that's what I did to familiarize myself with 3-gun. As far as semi-autos go, I've had good luck with my 930 JM Pro, but definitely ask around if you get out to a match. Most people are more than willing to let you try out their guns, especially if you're looking to make a purchase.

Get something exotic. You have all the practical guns covered, get something that's just bizzare and is either unique from a historical perspective or provides a unique shooting experience due to its mode of operation.

I'm a big fan of cap and ball revolvers myself. They're noisy, smokey, and as accurate as you could want from a pistol. Cheapest fun you can have at a range, imo.

What you are talking about is absolute colormetric gamut adjustments - nobody does that, relative colormetric is the standard for photos - you don't want to force the dark/light values to 100% on each end.

Rarely do I have to tweak colors more to make it look like it does with my naked eyes.

Next you should get something big. Like a traditional "sniper rifle" if you like. .338 Lapua or something.

Also, you're not doing great in the compact weapon department. You should get either a huge AR pistol or a small carbine with a folding stock, something you could throw in a backpack or bag
