Arm needs to be moved up, it doesn't stick straight out of the socket, it sort of rolls upward into the collarbone. Right now it looks like it's sticking out from between a couple of ribs.

So I did some really off-the-cuff math and made some reckless financial decisions, and we might be getting more than the 3 new patches I mentioned.
