I was issued one as a Police Patrol Rifle. We had the K models with short barrels and iron sights. We bought them cheap from a SWAT team out west who had them and switched away from the gun, to something else. It was a decent gun. It's gas piston, and does not get vey dirty, as fast as a AR. The Stocks were side folding, at a fixed length that never seemed to fit anyone just right. They were too long for most guys wearing Body Armor. The sights weren't that great either. They would get hot and the groups would open up. We Ditched them for Colt Ar-15s. Everyone is happier. Groups at the range are much better, during qualifying. We have 20 of them sitting in a safe. No one wants to buy them.

The Magazines have a cool coupler built into them. That was a nice feature. We would carry 2 mags linked on patrol. Quick Reloads. We Never had any issues with the Magazines...
