Abortions you own. Here, have my diemaco :)
>>32818299
I made the mistake of buying this piece of turkshit.
>>32818376
They actually have decent CS. My buddy has one and had issues and they sent him a new gun that was updated.
>>32818376
wtf is that?
>>32818401
UTAS15
I have an H&K model 270 .22lr. I've heard H&K recalled them and tried to buy the all off the market. Wish I had known.
>will never be a k2...
>>32818391
It aint about customer service, or even functionality. Its about useability. This thing has the most retarded manual of arms ever, and its finnicky as fuck.
Reloading process:
Open bolt
open port #1, insert 7 shells
Open port #2 insert 7 shells
Close both ports.
Open top cover
Insert shell into chamber
Close bolt
Close topcover
Its ejection port cover is a joke, it doesnt stay open when it should, or shut when it should. It kinda just flaps around annoyingly.
If you dont have a perfect cheek weld the top cover pops open when fired and it jams.
If you shortstroke the pump even a fraction of a millimeter it jams.
Basically shooting and reloading it leaves you feeling like you are trying to run a one man polka band. Just way too complex to be anything but a safequeen/range oddity. To be fair, the gen 3's dont just fuckin break randomly like the gen 1 and gen 2 did, and they DO fuction when USED PROPERLY.
Its just that using one properly is a huge pain in the ass.
(Also cuz its so light it has shoulder buising recoil on the last 2 shots, so even when you finally get aquainted with all the quirks involved with using it right its incredibly uncomfortable to fire)
It was my stupid boot fresh out of SOI purchase 4 years ago, now that im actually home and using it im realizing how truly shitty it is. Gonna armslist that shit and use the dough to buy a PTR 91 I think.
>>32818607
Sounds like shit, send it back and complain and have them send you a new one. Armslist the new one. PTRs can have really loose trigger packs so beware.
>>32818596
Some guy at a gun show I went to yesterday had a k2. Apparently he got the parts one by one over an absurdly long amount of time.
>>32818299
Your C7 is somehow worse than mine.
>>32818708
Well to have the right stock i would need a whole new lower. Aka a new firearm.
>>32818642
Im not too worried, you can buy aftermarket parts like trigger groups and shit for PTRs for next to nothing.
Sending it back and complaining to get a new one wont fix the fact that the way the UTS15 operates is over-complex.
I got plenty of other gripes too.
>Plastic saftey selector
>plasic side covers that look so badass are really flimsy and brittle
But most of all: plastic topcover wasnt actually designed with a closing catch, just a cheap rubber nub that is garunteed to wear out and quit working.
Im not tripping too hard because I got it for $500 as part of one of thier marketing campaigns that gave massive discounts to active duty members, so im basically garunteed to resell it at a good profit, but yeah. These things are just cheaply designed and built, over-priced, and too complex.
>>32818376
>mudslime buying turkshit
y am I not surprised
>>32820620
The fuck are you on about?
>>32818299
looks like shit, never post again and stop being a tripshit faggot
>>32818299
eat shit tripnigger
>>32818722
Post it nigga. Is it a real diemaco or other branded?
>>32818769
I was saying to get a new one so maybe you can get even more out of it.
>>32818722
Can someone advise me here? I wanted to get a walther ppk chambered in .380 for CC but is it just a meme gun at the end of the day?
When I went to the store and felt it in my hands it just felt right. I was also considering a glock 42.
>>32823620
>he wants opinions of people on 4chan
Nigga just get it if you want it who cares what people say. Test it for yourself and see what works for you, only way to find out what you like or not.
>>32823620
Its expensive as shit for what it is, and you probably shouldn't daily carry a relic.
Look into Makarovs, P64s, and other Russian PPK-based guns.
>>32823626
>a relic
>recommends practically the same thing
>>32823640
Relic generally implies a unique historical value to an object. You know, like PPKs have and P64s don't.
>>32823620
>.380
>ppk
and people wonder why they hate their PPKs
if you want .380 just get a fucking PP, it's barely bigger and infinitely more enjoyable in .380.
There's a very good reason james bond, hitler and pretty much every german ever went with .32 PPKs
>>32818299
I'm a fucking a faggot, and I bought this when I was 24.
I'm 30 now, a little wiser, but I still own the fucking thing.
>>32823682
>SOG
When did operators become associated with tomahawks? Is this something mall ninjas gave us, or did it predate that? Is there any situation in modern combat which a shorty axe is more useful than a decent knife?
>>32823682
Just buy coconuts and fruit.
>>32823690
I bought it before my deployment to Afghanistan. My squad mates laughed at me.
We ended up using it to breach doors with. Scared the fuck out of some hajjis wondering why the 6 foot tall American man came in their mud but holding an axe.
Made me bust it out for a pic, this is her all tucked up in her sheath.
>>32823716
I can kinda see their point of view anon. OK, I'm on board with tactical axing now.
>>32823650
Nope. You can get new ppks that have no historical significance.
>>32823690
>Be Seal team 6 member
>only collecting dna and hair follicles with it
>also love canoeing in the mountains
>>32823716
wtf i want an axe now
>>32823690
Call back to WW1 trench hawks, I assume
>>32823690
Was given to Seal Team 6 members who's "mascot" was an Indian Chief. They were apparently meant to be largely symbolic, but soon began being used for kills, scalpings and multination of targets.
So yeah, operators absolutely have operated with tomahawks within the past decade.
>>32823654
They discontinued the PP
>>32818299
>>32818722
I genuinely like your guns
>>32818299
>>32818376
Can you guys watch this for me?
>>32818596
I would do anything for lionheart to import these into the us. I own a K5 which I love so I would love to finish the collection with a K2.
>>32827837
Thanks I guess. It's nothing permanent; I just put the upper in that lower to test things out and it will stay that way until I get an A1 lower built. I also have to change out the delta ring for a round one, I got the pieces I just need to find the time.
>>32827970
There was a k2 for sale at my LGS for 700 a few months back.
>>32827965
Ill shoot it so we may have dinner.
>>32818642
>PTRs can have really loose trigger packs so beware
You what m8?
>>32828078
Not all but I've felt a few that you could pull down on the grip and make a large gap between the trigger pack and receiver. It's not something that would happen during normal use but it was enough for me to stay away.
>>32828117
Literally the only things I've seen with that issue were those shitty FA91s not PTRs. Weird.
>>32823603
Its an American upper and lower. Windham barrel, Fostech Echo trigger, A1 furniture
>>32823620
PPK's are excellent choices in both .380 and .32 ACP, especially if you like classic, steel framed DA/SA handguns. I think the PPK/S is significantly worse looking but its essentially the same thing really. Older is better and there's a premium for them, but they're terrific handguns.
There are cheaper, lighter, smaller, more practical choices nowadays if you want strictly a tool but nothing will ever do it like a Walther.
>>32823626
>>32823650
You're dumb and wrong.
>>32823654
They discontinued the PP and PPK's in .32, they aren't easy to find and really if you can't handle .380 in a metal gun that size you're a bitch.
>>32827837
Thanks buddy
>>32828137
I've seen the shitty welds on them too, it could have been the particular trigger packs installed in those particular guns because not all of them would do it but again it was enough for me to spend my money on something else.
>>32828146
Interesting. It doesn't look bad though.
>>32823620
>>32823626
I'll second this. If you want something that looks and feels pretty damn close, get a P64.
>>32828188
Those handguns are stolen German designs. This post is rightful deutsch clay
>>32828198
who is /k/utie
>>32828188
>Soviet pistols
>2/3 are Polish
>>32828282
checked
Don't own this anymore thank god.
>>32823716
You're lucky that they didn't try to track you down. Usually it's those red team SEALs that carry hatchets, and they "used to" decapitate camel jockeys with them often enough to gain a reputation.
>>32828937
is this that abortion that Ian did a video on? Why did you even own it?
>>32828987
Young dumb and full of cum. Didn't know about Vulcan at the time. Failed to even fire one round out of the box.
>>32827965
It's a ram. That's nasty. I'm not gay, praise be to Allah. (Well, except for boipucci which doesn't count.)
