Definetely a hi-point or Jimenez. Taurus is also pretty cool. Forget about Smith and Wesson, Glock, Colt, and Ruger (they suck)

Well idk what you're going for but my favorite handgun in that price range is the Ruger sp-101. It's a blast to shoot!

the best production gun for under 400 is a Tisas Zig 1911

it once sold for about 325 but now its up to the 390 range.
