Rear sight looks like the Mansner rear sight of the Finnish m/28-30 and m/39 Mosin models, so I'd guess it's Finnish.

That's a good observation. It's the Sampo machine gun. A Finnish mg designed by Aimo Lahti. A total of 35 were produced between 1940-42. Production was halted when the germans produced the MG42 which the Finns wanted to buy. A number of Sampos served throughout the Continuation war against the Soviet union
