Made this years back for sxp.
Now want to make one for a qd attachment I bought.
Thing is this one kept getting shorter as I wove it together.
How do I know what length to start it?
Also a better weave so I could unravel it if I needed the cord?

I don't want to pay $70 for a sling.
The swivel attachment was $20 and the paracord I have laying around.
So... nobody knows I guess?

Alright well I found some old nylon webbing and just used that instead, won't be adjustable but the length is where I want it anyway. This cost me $20 for the attachment.

It's woven through 4 strands. Those strands start off straight but as you push more paracord into them they take on the shape of a zig-zag and it shortens the overall length. Setting them in a jig doesn't help a hole lot because there gets to be more and more and more tension.
