an eurofag here
could someone tell me why LE6920 aren't available outside US?
>>32802224
Either they don't export firearms to Europe for commercial sales or it's Colt being retards like usual and only did a limited run
>>32802237
Sometime ago on the web i've seen something called XT-3 with colt logo stamped on it, but couldn't find any information about it.
That made me wonder
>>32802224
I think it was one of the Austrians in /arg/ saying it, but the duties were so high to bring US manufactered guns in, the importers only bothered with the more boutique brands that were expensive to start.
murrican export regulations makes the papermill too big to bother with it for importers.
>>32802224
They only sell now limited boutique guns.

Where in euroland?
Also, why specifically the LE6920? It's a pretty standard & bland choice. Which is fine, but just wondering.
We have plenty of other choices.

Belgian here. We get them. Same thing with the M4 expanse series (for a disgusting >1000 euros).
Problem is that export is a huge pain & not very profitable unless you buy a container full. And since volumes are kinda low, it's pretty rare for shops to bother.
>>32802224
french here, we can have them

Since Belgium & France have them, import/export inside the EU should be easy enough for OP. A fair bit of paperwork, but you can do it yourself. Don't need to pay a premium to a gunstore to do it for you unless you're lazy.

Great googly moogly €1600 for an $800 rifle. I wouldnt bother with the Colt if I was an importer either.
>>32802643
all prices for american stuff are doubled here, import costs and taxes, VAT, etc.
>>32802652
Well, first there's import tax & cost of getting the necessary paperwork done.
Then you have VAT (like 20% depending on the country)
And then you need the profit margin for the shop. Since euro shops don't sell huge volumes, their markup is higher to enable them to survive.

They were only sold in extremely limited numbers. That website has been out of stock for at least a year.
>>32802667
Does that mean there is a french website somewhere with some absolutely insufferable Coltfags spouting "muh mil spec" *AND* "muh rarity"?

Probably.
I know some people which swear the SP1 is the height of firearms design.

There is AR15France, haven't been there for a while but I don't think there are many Colt fans, as theey are pretty much impossible to find. There are a lot of fags hailing whatever shitty brand they own as the best brand ever : Stag arms, Bushmaster, SDI back in the days... Plenty of krautshit fans as well : Oberland arms, Shmeisser or however that shit is spelled. But in France the craze is mostly about piston ARs for some reason, they swallowed that shit like kool aid. Whenever I go to a gun shop I see people looking for an AR15, the clerk shows them a run out of the mill one, and the guy is like "does it have a piston???? I only want new technology, hurr durr". We are a country of retards.
Now that our military has adopted the HK416, I'm sure there is going to be a spike of HKmr223 sales, despite going for 3k€
>>32802708
>HKmr223 sales, despite going for 3k€
They go for 2600 euros or less in Belgium. For the A5 variant in the 11", 14.5" & 16" lengths.

Poland
>It's a pretty standard & bland choice.
Truth be told I'm interested in OEM2 model
>>32802598
I've seen expanse too in here, but i've heard they're assembled in different factory with parts from various sources. Only receivers are colt made

>I've seen expanse too in here, but i've heard they're assembled in different factory with parts from various sources. Only receivers are colt made
Probably more than the receivers, but yes, it's largely outsourced.
That said, why do you want Colt? Colt does literally do nothing better than your run of the mill milspec AR15 that you can find from a gazillion of sources. The only thing it has going for it, is the pony and the history.
>>32802708
Same applies to Poland bruh, everyone loses mind over piston like stag, pof, pws etc

I figured it'd be cheaper option than BCM and better option than M&P15, but after seeing how costly it'd be to import colt even from france/belgium I think i will pass
As a curio i will list prices in PL.

ddm4 v7 - 2172$
bcm recce - 2050$
