Good evening, /k/! /pol/ reporting in. I just purchased two Spike's AR lowers. I have to build them out. I need some advice on tool kits. Are there any companies that sell complete tool kits? If so what do you recommend? I will be purchasing a complete upper. It's just the lower that I'll build out. Thank you.

Get an armorer's wrench for 20-30 bucks, a decent punch set (including roll pin punches,) a small bottle of locktite (don't bother staking the castle nut, just use locktite) and a hammer. Vise grips also work for putting in roll pins. After assembling your first lower, attached the upper, function check it and then kill yourself.

You shouldn't have even said you were from /pol/, now people are going to shit this thread up hard, which will ruin any legitimate discussion.

Lesson learned.

see, shit like your pic and the op pic are the reasons that most of /k/ fucking hates /pol/
Even when you think you're starting a productive conversation, you're shitposting. And its not like shitposting is inherently bad, but you shouldnt expect someone to bend over backwards to help you for it.

I didn't lurk long enough. Forgive me.
bought my punches from sears (harbor freight is fine too)
ncstar armorer's wrench
hammer from wherever, or even a big stick would work
that's all you need honestly

>Can't use a punch to stake a castle nut if you are even going to bother staking the fucking castle nut
>better use loctite on 30ft-lb torqued castle nut
You are a retard

>Magpul BEV block
Do it, you'll build an upper eventually
>Harbor freight torque wrench
For AR15 applications close enough is fine
>NCStar/ATI $20 armorers wrench
>Brownells Roll pin punch set
>ROLL PIN HOLDER/STARTER PUNCH
they are worth their weight in gold for lo pro gas blocks
>Small whetstone
if you get a bolt catch with a few burrs or high spot etc
>Aeroshell 64ms
One tube will last rest of your life at $20 for the big tube
>Knipex 10" parallel/sliding jaw pliers
great for bolt catch roll pin and trigger guard
>Brownells slab side bolt catch pin bunch
And then the obvious, vise, ball peen hammer, rubber mallet, nylon/brass mallet

Only this once. Also, pro tip.
/k/ is pro 2nd amendment. Which means guns for EVERYONE. There are threads all the time about arming yourself against minorities, but you'll never see a thread about how to disarm them. Remember that, and you'll be good.

Thank you! I have an unused punch kit that I forgot about. Initially I will go with Mil-Spec parts. I'll most likely upgrade as time goes on. On one of them at least.

I understand. I'm not a national socialist. I'm a paleolibertarian. There's still a few of us over there. That's why I used the Ron Paul logo. I certainly don't want to ruin this board.
