Yeah, he can be captured and restrained but not for too long (because he's crafty). He does take breaks for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, though. And you can escape from him if he can't find your trail. He lives in a huge treehouse/mansion thing at the top of a bigass tree, so you tend to know where he's coming from.
