Problem with that is the Delta needed that upgrade. Don't get me wrong, the old style and batch prior to this are far and away the best looking imo, same with the old commanders. But if you want it to be more than a footnote, going XSE was a good idea since it's how a lot of Deltas end up anyway and Colt being stuck in the past isnt.

Still couldn't be bothered to use a goddamn ramped frame and fully supported barrel though, fuckers. It may not be necessary but come on

Yeah I know it's what sells, but I'll be damned if Colt stops making retro style 1911s there's really no one left in the mid tier that does it. Hell outside of a build on a custom Caspian slide and frame there's no high end option either.
