What have you picked up lately?
I finally got my Ruger American Predator in .308
Put a Vortex Crossfire II 4-12x40 scope on it.
Out the door, I was at 717. The rifle was 379 and the optic was 169. It has some leupold rings that cost 50 bucks, and I grabbed 60 rounds of ammo.
I've been wanting a .308 bolt gun for some time now, and the Predator was at the top of my list because I really do like Ruger.
Nice boiiiii
You buy match grade rounds or just whatever

Just what ever for now. I need to get it at least close to zero before I start shooting specifically for accuracy.
I just got myself a Shield 45. No pictures though.

Looks great, I love Ruger guns.
Here's my most recent. Cost me $1000 and shoots great.
>>32754232
Whats the stock on it like? Plastic or fiberglass? Flexible?
>>32754232
I put a legit Walther PPK in .32 on layaway
Optics all used sale items from Primary Arms.
>>32754232
60's-70's model, unfortunately

>Looks great, I love Ruger guns.
Hey me too! Just got this on saturday for $250 out the door with a pocket holster included. Shot it yesterday and put about 70 rounds through it. Pretty neat little gun. Has a little bit to it but it wasn't terrible. Once my LTC comes in it'll be my EDC

Still waiting on my AK guy to fix my polish gun back after fixing a KB barrel.
He's had it for a while.
>>32755210
Dude. Nice.
>>32755409
Holy shit I need to vacuum that room.
>>32755428
Fuck that looks nice. Whats the deal with the red slide?
>>32754232
>308
>not 243, 6.5, 7mm-07, or any other ballistically adequate cartridge
>bolt gun
>>32755210
Layaway is for brown people.
Very sorry for the poor lighting.
>>32755429
How did you kb it?
>>32755194
It's plastic, but it feels sturdy. Without removing the stock and checking, it's probably some high grade of glass fiber reinforcing. Maybe Nylon strands too. It feels really solid while not being heavy.
>>32755429
It was a kitchen table build. I probably didn't headspace the bitch correctly.
>>32755497
Fuck that I wish my store did layaway
>>32755922
Feelsbadman. Did you forget your nogo gages?
>>32754566
Nice, I have the 9, the .45 sounds sexy.. How's the recoil
>>32755955
Not that guy, but I shot a Shield .45 for work a while back, and the recoil was actually pretty smooth. It's not 1911 tier smooth, but it's manageable and not nearly as bad as you'd think.
Fucking Form 3s, I want it now.
>>32755939
....yeah....
>>32754232
Got a couple handguns ordered (haven't bought any in years). I'm considering getting a lefty bolt 308 and/or maybe even a M1A this year.
How do you like the Vortex scope?
>>32756147
Not had a chance to shoot with it yet.
The glass is really clear though. It's a good looking scope too. We'll just have to see if my half arsed bore sighting came anywhere near close to zero.
>>32755464
Not sure exactly. Bought it off of another anon from /k/. Apparently there are a few that were mfg like this. Mines from 1937, i think its just heat treated differently
i'm sleeping with my new buck 119

explain
>>32755275
unfinished rubiks cube, are you even fucking trying?
>>32754232
Got this VZ58 and cash for doing some drywall work on a friend of a friend's garage. Came with 8 Magazines and about 1000 rounds. Put around 150 rounds through it on Sunday and it fires great.
>>32758431
Sounds like a great deal, I'm jelly
I got this Webley & Scott Empire .270.
I have no recent pictures as it is in my cabin and I am in the city for the coming weeks...
it is the best hunting rifle I have ever had; it is ridiculously accurate and everything feels smooth.
I had (and still have) a Withworth rifle before this. Which was a miracle weapon in it's old days but fell behind in modern times.
Just got muh PST scope that's on the Tikka. Savage went back to savage for headspace issues. The PST is amazing.
