Hello /K/. I got this off a friend from Romania years ago, never knew what rifle it was for only that it's Soviet. Now I have a Nagant and was wondering if it's possible to use it. I have no idea if this is civilian made or military spec, the mounting looks odd. Thanks guys.

Indeed it's PD-2 sight, made by Izium factory in Ukraine. 3.7x fixed magnification. Civilian sight. The price is about 50 dollars.
