$590 new in the box for this fugly chubby italian heavy body

Worth the price?
>>
>>32731205
>$590
No
>>
>>32731239
The price hurts but these fucking things are unicorns. No one has them anywhere.
>>
>>32731205
>Worth the price?

No. Get the Compact instead. The size difference is marginal and you'll be a lot happier if you didn't get the Sub Compact.
>>
>>32731243
They are unicorns, but even then at $590 before tax you're spending too much.
>But I ordered online and this is after transfer fees
You can realistically get it for $550-570 if your dealer isn't fucking you in the ass.
>>
>>32731205
Sub-compact isn't worth it. You lose out on the rotating barrel, which is one of the defining features of the Px4 line.
>>
>>32731205
Just get a shield in 9mm without the safety for $340 like everyone else.
>>
>>32731324
I already got a glock but fear of blowing off my testicles and or femoral artery means I carry Israeli. Which is bad. I want a manual safety and a hammer striker is comforting. Not to mention the capacity.
>>
>>32731385
Look into sig then or the compact px4.
>>
>>32731315
Does the rotating barrel really do anything? It is a novel idea but I can't imagine it really mitigating the recoil by much.
>>
>>32731396
Look at it this way op.
>I buy a px4 subcompact that uses the same system as nearly every other handgun on the market, but for a lot more cash or buy a different handgun that operates in the same way for a lot less
Why obsess over a px4 subcompact when you can buy the same thing for less?
>>
>>32731315
does this meme barrel mean I cant get threads for a hearing protector?
I read the description on the website, but I still don't get it. I need pictures and diagrams and shit.

Is there anything that can fit on that rail? Why do pistols this size have railz?!
>>
>>32731205
not even once

Obviously

No. The Storm series is incompatible with any kind of suppressor as far as I know. I heard rumors that Beretta hired SilencerCo to try and develop a silencer for it, and after sometime SilencerCo engineers just had to give up on it.

From what I've gathered, the rotating barrel will eventually unscrew or overtorque any muzzle device attached to it. Why Beretta sells a "Special Purpose" model with a threaded barrel is beyond me, considering you can't actually mount anything on it.
>>
>>32731205
>Px4 Subcompact
why would you buy the subcompact instead of the compact carry
>>
>>32731509
This 100x

those shits be shipping out in a few days
>>
>>32731509
...it is smaller?
>>
>>32731472
Well, as a True American, this must be on all of my guns. And I'm glad I have the option!
>>
>>32731525
>Smaller
Not by much and you lose the only reason to purchase a px4 which is the unique way it operates.
>>
>>32731599
I thought the compact carry was just a compact but with fancy grips and sights.

The compact keeps the rotating barrel. Only the sub-compact uses a tilt barrel.
>>
>>32731622
I thought you were referring to the subcompact which does list the fancy rotating barrel.

I don't even know anymore.

All I know is that my full size has its rotating barrel, and I thought the compact had it too. I assumed the compact carry is just going to be a riced out compact.
>>
>>32731671
All of that is true.

There's really no reason for the subcompact px4 to exist, seeing as Beretta also makes the Nano.
>>
>>32731709
>nano
No manual safety, no hammer, -4 capacity
>>
The rotating barrel while neat doesn't really add to anything. Despite that fact, I would not recommend getting the subcompact over a compact.
