I do intend to buy American, though mostly because the handful of things I want to get have American as the best quality. We may not be the manufacturing center of the world but we still make some things with good quality.

I was actually looking at the colt delta elite

I know, I know, colt is kind of a shit in that they don't really make anything new, but I was recently forced to sell many of my guns including my only 1911, so it'd be a 2 in one kind of deal having 10mm in a 1911 platform

my real question is is the price justified? I'm aware glock 20s are significantly cheaper, hold 5 more rounds and are more accepting of accessories, but honestly I don't see myself shooting 10mm all the time and I don't see myself shooting my 1911 all the time, so why not both and save myself some paperwork?
