Hunker down in my home at first. I live in a pretty hurricane prone area, but where I'm at the water drains off naturally pretty well, so I wouldn't be as fucked as people in the city/burbs. If it's really that bad, I'll hike a couple miles into the sticks and camp out until things calm down.

Not very high speed, but I'd rather not be in running gun battles with looters all damn day.
