The CZ platform is a bit more versatile. They are both nail drivers under the right circumstances. Though i prefer CZ myself.
Unless it was on a deal (used, police trade in), I don't think I would buy a M9. I like the Wilson Combat variant which is a M9 G variant, making the safety just a decocker.
>>32712216
The one not being removed from military service
>>32712287
DELETE THIS
Played with both on the range. I like the CZ more. Doesn't necessarily mean its better.
>>32712216
cool, a hammergun thread
I'm looking for a good da\sa carry 9mm
I'd like something versatile that I could buy a threaded barrel for, use 15+ mags when I want- but still comfortably carry and find good holster options for.
m9 is a shitty design
>>32712333
CZ P-07 is a really nice carry gun. You can get threaded barrels for them. The sights that come on it are really nice, the trigger feels good, it isn't a particularly heavy gun, interchangeable backstraps are a nice option despite that I just keep mine with the medium size one that came on it. As far as holster options, despite loving the gun I have to admit that it has shit options when it comes to holsters when compared to the other guns on the market.
>>32712333
>da/sa 9mm
HK usp, Sig 226, CZ 75 compact, m9 compact. There are a few others, those are just what I could think off the top of my head
>>32712237
This is better than both
75 is better at ergonomics
92 is better at holding up to abuse
>>32712216
Cz for sure
Better gun and overall platform
But I still like m9s
>>32712237
$1,000 gun with the quality of a $600 one.
Not a bad gun, just super overpriced
>>32712287
Kek
>>32712237
WATCH IT SIG
>>32712365
I've been looking at cz, but I want a good chest rig
>>32712380
Yeah I'd basically second this
Cz has more comfortable controls (for most people) and is basically objectively more comfortable to shoot. but the design is more complicated and less durable than the 92.
I just want to know which of the 2 is the most robust and durable platform.
In other words, which is the tougher design?
>>32712307
Stromboli, Cannoli, Pasta, Ravioli
>>32712435
Beretta, hands down.
>>32712216
CZ-75
>>32712373
FNX 9 is the only mainstream gun I can think of that you missed.
>>32712216
CZ costs less and has better ergonomics.
Beretta has better aesthetics and is instantly recognizable because hollywood loves it.
Both are accurate, both are reliable.
Beretta is a little bit more expensive.
The end.
>>32712380
I love all three guns.
I like the ergonomics of the CZ
I like the looks of the 92 (but hate the slide safety)
I think the P226 is superior to both in most ways except the high bore axis and the fact that it's over $1,000
Muh waifu uses 92s so m9 is clearly better
>>32712530
>and the fact that it's over $1,000
If you are paying over $1k new for a basic P226 you are being robbed.
>>32712216
I've been trying to track down a cz-75 sp01 for months, should I settle for the 75b?
>>32712728
really depends on where you live
>>32712764
Get a BD at least.
Or the SP-01 tactical, which is the BD version of the SP-01
Decocker only > Decocker/safety > Safety
I love my CZ-75 BD, I'll eventually get a SP-01 tactical with threaded barrel and add flashlight and suppressor for tacticool operating in operations.
>>32712764
>>32712780
Also, there's this thing called the internet. Where you can buy guns from.
>>32712435
If Beretta is a believable source, their last batch of military M9s had a mean rounds between failure average of 25,000. And this is with a first-gen locking block design. mind you.
The 92FS is a lot of things but "unreliable" isn't really one of them.
I have a 92s, and even though it's got an inconvenient mag release I like it better than any other 92 I've seen. Perfect tight barrel lockup, no rattle like a few 92fs I've seen. I hate the safety though. Direction makes no sense,
75sa is my next gun. Why not both?
>>32712287
kek... You know as well as I do that MHS is either going to get cancelled or be shelved for another 10 years.
>>32713009
Might want to check again there, buddy!
>>32712728
>If you are paying over $1k new for a basic P226 you are being robbed.
Brand new P226 line have a $1000+ MSRP.
>>32712216
Winner in my book.
>>32712216
Por que no los dos?
It comes down to controls, which is personal choice.
For me it's the CZ. I bear no ill will to M9 users but their safety/decocker deal is just not for me.
Both very nice, very pretty pistols.
>>32712251
>cz75
>shit tier
Retard
>>32712515
I will disagree about aesthetics. You can have sexy as fuck CZs.
SP-01
It should be our new service pistol but there's no justice in this world, even though the P320 is better than the M9.
>>32712216
I prefer the CZ but they're both fine.
There are two types of handguns:
CZs and everything else (shit)
>>32716608
I like this piece.
I got myself an eastern girl tho.
I prefer the beretta but like the CZ too.
>>32712380
92 is better at holding up to abuse
Any good links or examples? I'm thinking about selling my MK25 and buying a M9A3. I like the smaller grip and the additional upgrades beretta threw in.
>>32719328
military issue m9s go well past recommended small parts replacement like recoil springs and still run. shittly but they still run.. cz wont make it to their own suggested things see trigger return spring, mag springs, extractor springs
>>32719908
> shittly but they run
What did he mean by this
>>32720900
Some complain but the armorer says its still fine and still works.
>>32716025
CZs are great, I own one. That said, I don't see it as being practical for the military because steel guns are heavy. Polymer is the future because in the military weight matters.
>>32712216
cz by a mile. Beretta is still a good gun tho.
My first handgun was a CZ, my carry gun is a CZ my competition/ HD gun is a CZ
Do I have a problem?
>>32712619
whats this from
>>32712216
CZ has a slightly better trigger. Not by much though. But you can also get it in SA and the slide is inside the frame allowing for a lower bore axis. CZ wins
>>32721405
I actually hate how small the CZs slide is its hard to get a good grip on it to slingshot the slide.
>>32720900
They get mangled by tards in service but amazingly they still shoot.
>>32712216
I never realized that those two nigger guns look so much alike
>>32712242
brb, calling indiana jones to look at some artifacts
>>32721337
Black Lagoon
>>32721538
Nah man it's not that bad.
It's just a tad bit wide really.
But I see your point. Some good serrations really go a long way though.
>>32712237
>>32712728
Why would you even buy a P226 when a Rex Zero 1 is almost half the price and more reliable?
>>32716608
clean your weapon
>>32721625
Watch your language or go back to /pol/
>>32712251
>Glock
P320 is better
>>32713009
.... dude the Sig P320 won that. Pretty old news.
Beretta 92 is best gun
I EDC a 92FS and its one of my favorite shooters. There are guns that are objectively better, but in the Full size 9mm category its all about the same.
Anything that most people complain about is something that can be trained around.
I own sigs, HK's Colts, Glocks, Springfields, S&W's etc. at the end of the day you should be able to shoot anything you get your hands on if your fundamentals are in place.
>>32721197
Nope
>>32721625
>nigger gun
Since when do gang bangers spend <$500 on a handgun?
>>32712216
I would use a 92 only if I had 2 and they were silenced
I would rather build a robertcop gun with an SP-01 tho
So I guess I dont know
>>32712216
>1911 vs beretta 92
>.45 vs 9mm
Nice try baiting.
>>32724150
