Umm yeah. China took forever to do real camo. South Korea on the other hand had their special forces wear tiger stripe camo while the US SF were still doing OD and private purchase hunting camos. As for big structure camouflage the North Vietnamese were bosses. Nowadays printing camo pattern is relatively cheap and any two bit army can have it.
