Vash's top break revolver is a dream gun of mine because it seems like it should be possible.
A top break under-barrel revolver doesn't seem impossible. Having the chamber at the bottom seems like it would put less pressure on the locking mechanism at top making it able to withstand full power modern rounds.

What we need to do is get Uberti and Chiappa together to combine the Rhino and top break that Uberti makes.
