Considering a P226 TACOPS in 9mm for my next full size and a P320 in either Carry or Compact for my carry gun. Anyone have any personal experience with either of those?

Tacops is retarded imho, you can get 18rd Mec-Gars that don't look retarded. if you don't own a suppressor, there's no point in it.
I've got a 226 Legion SAO, 226 Elite Stainless, and a 229 Legion .357 and my favorite of all of them is the 229 .357. it's absolutely a dream to shoot and it's the carry gun that I actually like wearing.

If you're filing for a suppressor, go with an Osprey .45 and get the P220 Tacops. Pretty much all .45 is subsonic, which for me at least is preferable to having to hunt down 150gr 9x19 and the added bonus is getting the piston kit so you can mount your Osprey on 9x19, 300BO, and .40/.357s.
9mm suppressed will still give you a supersonic crack
