You can get a rem 700 adl youth model for 400$. Its a great starter for the price and eventually you can change the stock out, which is what makes it an adl youth model as opposed to regular variations.

If you have the money get a winchester 70. Sooooo buttery smooth.

Savage hog hunter is a decent starter option. Iron sights medium contour barrel threaded just no removable mag
