Their issued is the Hk416, with Geissele SMR rails sent straight from the factory. See the pictures from burkina faso.

Sidearms are in the glock family. Typically the 22. The one in this picture seems to have the 6 second mount base plate on here.

The MK18 is a direct impingement M4 variant. Delta has used HK416's exclusively for years, and they aren't direct impingement, they're piston assault rifles. Special Forces and Rangers use M4s, Delta and Devgru use 416's. A world of difference
