Good morning /k/. What did you buy this week?
>>32655450
Bought it three weeks ago, but I love it so fuck the rules. Can't wait to finally shoot it tomorrow.
>>32655465
Ohhhoo, pretty.
>>32655450
hk vp9
think ill go shoot it today
>>32656139
looks good watch out for puddles
>>32656139

>>32655450

>>32656244

>>32656253
looks like we found the autism
>>32656253
No thanks, I paid a decent amount for it. But truth be told I purchased this pistol to go into my shadowbox shortly, I I'm not even sure if I will ever fire it.
>>32656139
Vp9's are great. Out of all my handguns I enjoy shooting mine the most.
Stupid story, but a few weeks ago I was at my buddies range shooting probably at around 100/150 yards and we had a few clay pigeons set up down range. Anyway, I could semi reliably hit a clay at that distance with my vp9. I'm no crack shot, by any means. And it was 100% luck. However, I was still able to drill a 3 inch target at 1xx yards iron sights after a few shots to walk in. It was pretty impressed. And most importantly it was super fun.
>>32656743
i love how similar the grip is to the p30, it feels like a block of clay was squeezed slightly to make the mold for the grip.
if gone small left small back large right, having the strong side palm swell is just amazing for me
>>32656771
I go with the big inserts all the way around. But I do love the way it feels.
What is this, meme gun central?
Got this in a pawn shop for $200. Norinco T54 in 9mm.
It shoots better than I expected.
Put together my first ar 15. Cheap gear but i am happy
>>32660231
And not this week, but fuck it, close enough
>>32660231
It looks nice man. There's nothing wrong with cheap gear as long as it functions fine and you're happy with it. Have you had a chance to shoot it yet?
>>32660398
Yes, put both 5.56 and 223 through it. It was a lot of fun to shoot. But I had tons of trouble zeroing it. Might be my eyes? I picked up a primaryarms 3x to replace the red dot. 25 yards was impossible to see. Figure the magnification will help
octane 45
$562 out the door. I like it so far
>>32656253
I removed mine. I didn't want to wait for it to disappear lol
Picked this up yesterday, brand new $430 OTD.
>>32660532
I've been in the market for one of these too. I'm retiring soon, and figure I'll look back and wish I had some of this stuff. Hence the Navy issue meme pistol.
>>32660450
Could be. I've only gotten to shoot my ar once, and I had a bunch of trouble using the irons at 50 yards. I was also going a little trigger happy since I get to shoot about once every six months and I was spending most of my time at the range teaching friends to shoot. I think I just need to slow down and really work on getting my eye properly focused on the front post while working on my breathing and squeezing the trigger.
>>32661021
i really hope they improved the trigger in there poly american made DAO pistols, i had a sig p250, it was my seccond handgun ever, i trade a tacticool ar pistol for a nice shotgun and a p250, and i fucking hated its trigger, it felt great, i was decent with it but that fucking trigger, i sold the pistol and bought an ak-74 with a little extra cash.
I live in a Country where it is illegal to use a firearm for self defense and I have no desire whatsoever to go hunting.
Should I spend all this money solely to go to a range or spend my finances on other concerns?
It would have no practical uses and essentially be an expensive hobby.
>>32661392
The trigger on mine is very nice. Smooth take up and a crisp wall.
>>32661406
Move to freedom land
>>32661392
that is a p320 which is striker fired and way different than the 250
>>32661450
cause you have a 320 not a 250.
>>32661341
I thought about that -- spending the time on irons -- but my range isnt brightly lit so it makes it extra tough. Ill see how the 3x works out
>>32661734
I know what you mean. The first indoor range in my area I tried was like that. They required rifles to have the targets at max distance but it was so dimly lit you couldn't see a thing that far. I found a decent outdoors range, but I have to drive an hour to get there. Part of the reason I go once every six months or so.
>>32661392
>Buys DAO gun
>complains about trigger.
We'll, I mean....
Also, FYI, the p320 he posted has one of, if not the, best triggers on any striker fired gun ever.
Certainly WAY better than glock and M&P.
>>32661817
I have an outdoor really close but there are way too many cranky/mean old folks
Gen 3 G34. Also babby's first 9.
Was looking for a 19 but this came up. Pry less than 100 rounds thru it. Only a pair of 10 round mags but for only 5 & a quarter that's fixable enough.
I got pic related a while ago but I got to shoot it for more than a couple rounds this week so I'll contribute. Rock Island 10mm GI Standard 1911A1
CMP has had my Garand on back order for about 4 months now and they said it'd take, at most, 6 months, so hopefully I can post that in one of these future threads soon.
Not my rifle but pic related
I'm a burger
>>32661903
>the p320 he posted has one of, if not the, best triggers on any striker fired gun ever.
got my preferred gun store trying to find me a 320 RX after I rented their fullsize 320 in 9. If they can't fine me a all black one, guess I'll break down and buy the one with a stainless slide I saw at Cabelas this weekend. But my OCD/ASD might not let me
>>32664853
>the one with a stainless slide I saw at Cabelas
An RX with a stainless slide or a normal fullsize?
>>32655465
>sig red-dot
whewlad
>>32664906
Yeah, he should at least have 7 red dots.
>>32664906
It came with the gun. Sure it's a cheap red dot, but it will work fine at the range for now.
>>32655450
Dillon 45 acp dies, chronograph, some zero 45 fmj projectiles.
>>32666870
Chronographs are cool. I should get one.
>>32655465
Needs diopter sights
>>32655450
So I have some money to blow and I am so tempted to buy this right now:
http://www.gunbroker.com/item/614105683
It looks like it would be a lot of fun to play with, but it's custom built so I'm kinda worried that it's just gonna fall apart the first time I try to use it.
>>32667540
>>32667540
I know, it didn't come with one or the parts for the front sight. Need to get both of those. Any other suggestions?
>>32667807
MFI is the easiest way to go without welding. I love mine. Got the flip fiber front and fiber rear. Going to put a trij on it next week i think
>tfw tax return hasn't come
>Tfw two guns on layaway
>February can't come fast enough
Anyways anyone heard anything about the ak63d?
>>32664347
Some faggot everyone calls "Garand Man" (has a lot of them) at the Gun Show last weekend was trying to sell an SVT-40 for 1900 dollars.
Fucking gun shows
>>32668046
Kommrade, your tax return isn't free money. Put that shit in an IRA
>>32668101
>fucking gun shows
Bzzzt, try my, Bzzzt, jerky , bro. Hands of my personal nazi knife.
>>32668134
No thanks I've already got about 5k into retirement with another 2 in utility stocks, but I do not have enough guns
>>32668046
>tfw you have 60+ firearms
>tfw you really dont want anything but weird rare shit
Sucks anon... i just buy accessories now... safe 1
>>32655465
God that's ugly.
>>32660475
How good of a Mk23 substitute does that make?
>>32656139
nice
just make sure not to get it wet famalam
>>32668184
implying anything replaces the mk 23
wew lad slow down thar
>>32668178
Thank you, it shoots quite nice too.
>>32667393
Way cool. Haven't been to the range yet but I found that a pump be gun gets more velocity than I thought.
>>32660475
>>32660555
damn i am jelly as fuck. i need me a pistol can.
i just started form 4s on these, and now i'm itching for an osprey 45.
>>32668166
i know these feels
>spend hours scouring classifieds for something interesting, almost come up empty
>>32668150
I'm not your accountant. But, that's not much to brag about. By all means, spend money on fun things. I mean, I just dropped 1.1k on a gun because it has the same logo etched on it, that I wear. So yeah, I waste money too. But, plan for the future first.
>>32672986
>sad pep
kek
>>32656260
>>32656771
Did you take that picture behind my house? You have my shitty-ass deck furniture. It even has the same rust patterns.
(I'm waiting for a H&K VP 45 [threaded], though you have good taste in guns.)
>>32661227
well I say go pick one up.. Whats a couple hundred bucks in the long run
Canik TP9SF
>>32655450
Nothing yet.
But I want to buy an 80's Italian made Beretta 92 off gunbroker before the week is up.
Got my first shotgun, a Stoeger p350.
Ordered one of these, 11 mags, 240 rounds, a german lower, and an olive drab german furniture set.
>>32655450
Picked up a like new Glock 19 gen 4 talo with 4 mags, serpa holster, soft case and all factory shit for $525 yesterday. First striker fired handgun and planning to get a Surefire XC1 and use it as a CCW
Did I do good?
>>32678139
that sounds like a fair price for what you got. not great, but hardly bad.
>>32676315
Oh, yea. For sure. As soon as I find one in not beat to shit shape I'll grab it.
>>32674444
>kek
>4444
what did he mean by this
Nothing, I'm waiting for more information on Trijicon's 1-8x.
