I don't know. Just bought it yesterday, about to take it out for the first time tomorrow.

By all the reviews, though, it's fine. The only complaint about it seems to be that it's ugly cheap Hipoint. Everyone says it's reliable as hell, and of course you have Hipoint lifetime warranty.

I don't think you can get a much better semiautomatic short range combat type weapon than this for $300.

When I was a kid I operated operationally on basically nothing.

Total cost adjusted for inflation of all equipment was probably 70 dollars.

You do not want to bet your life on one. A Hi-Point is better just ugly as sin and heavier than a boat anchor. You can get a Ruger P95 for under $200 and it's a respectable gun.

Taurus is hit or miss.

You're either getting a phenomenal value handgun for the money or a piece of shit that works worse than your saturday night special, and there's no way to tell until you take it to the range. Luckily Taurus has a lifetime warranty so if you do get a lemon you can get it sent in for repair, just make sure that you test your handgun before you ever need it in a self defense scenario.

It's funny. That particular model of Jennings isn't as awful as their usual. It's bigger and bulkier than most of what they make, and it's decently reliable.

I don't carry a hipoint because they're too thick for ccw. The thing I like about the T380CA is that it's wide and comfy, but thin. Good for the small of back carry I use.

Also I got it for $125 so piss off
