Correction, PTRS-41 is 14.5mm. There is the L39, which packs 20mm.

Just avoid picking something like a Barrett AM .50 BMG rifle, they are not very accurate or designed for human targets; they are accurate enough for followup shots on vehicles but all the recoil dampening parts create a lot of movement. The civilian custom market seems to be different but those are usually bolt-action and the same goes for the heavy hitters like .338 lapua snipers.
