Can someone explain something to me? I've never understood why ammo reviewers always stress overpenetration with self-defense rounds. I understand it being an important factor to consider if used in a populated environment but why do they act like a round is trash if it penetrates 20" instead of 17"? It's gonna kill the guy just as dead, if not more if it hits bone.
