In the UK at least there is an independent MOD Enterprise Portal whereby you can submit designs for pretty much anything and receive anywhere between £50,000-100,000 as an immediate bid if they like it and then spend time considering your proposal. Either way I couldnt do it because poorfag, and due to army outsourcing they generally prefer to contract out and just buy from one of the large manufacturers rather than adopt the whole production line. Also that payment is sometimes just to buy the idea off of you to then put through their in house contracted company for that particular area e.g aerospace, IT/comms, armaments etc.

The Coops character was really unbelievable. He sells them ammo for the same price they can get it at Walmart. Then when they tell him the ammo is Chinese he says it will still work like he doesn't know there's an embargo but is somehow the worlds greatest arms dealer. Then they repackage the ammo like no one is going to see the Chinese stamp once they get it.
