It's a .357 mag that I'm going to order a 12ga barrel for. The barrel swap program H&R used to have is discontinued now I believe. Before you could send it in and get a barrel fit for like 80$ it was pretty neat.

Every type of action is superior with the exception of muzzleloading actions.
Is it a cost thing? I don't look at the prices single shots often, but they seem comparable to bolt actions.

I mean, I always hear the training rifle/safety arguments, but that's admitting your retarded. The I only need one shot argument screams of I am a no fun elitist.

They can lock up tighter than bolt actions and have better theoretical accuracy.
