Not bad. That's about halfway between me and where I work. Have you done any shooting on the island? When it opens back up, Calverton shooting range is probably your best bet. It's a bit out east but it's the cheapest place I know of on the island ($15/person/day). Place usually has a line of cars to get in when it opens.

That's what ends up happening in around here. It's such a physically small landmass that you end up feeling claustrophobic and limited in what you can do.

I've lived here my whole life (24yo) and only have 2-3 friends I still keep in contact with from tech school. Most usually end up leaving for wherever it's more affordable to live, which is everywhere.

I'm getting married in April 2018 and hope to buy a house somewhere more rural with my wife a few years after we get married. Maybe somewhere in New England like New Hampshire or Vermont or even my personal preference, Pennsylvania.

I'm in Nassau now but grew up south shore Suffolk. Dark storm just opened an indoor range but besides that Calverton is the best bet.
