I don't know of any material that is stab proof but Kevlar is slash proof. you'll probably have to use some hard material in there.

I cant imagine it would fully stop a knife but a 1 inch stab wound is much better than a 4 inch stab wound.

chainmail doesn't protect you from piercing attacks. it is designed to prevent slashing or cutting. blunt force and piercing attacks will separate the lengths and creat holes wide enough for arrows or blades to pass through

stab resistant vests are a thing. but with niggers you are just as likely to encounter a gun. stab resistant clothing isnt going to protect your exposed body. a knife in the eye or thigh is going to fuck you up.

its better to just get a gun and avoid bad areas.

some variants of historic gambeson textile armour were felt stuffed between layers of cloth. it's said to ahve worked great against weaker bows of the muslims uring the crusades. along those lines, I have tried to replace the felt with stainless steel wool and did some experimenting. tightly pack SS wool will perform noticable better against stabs, cuts and blunt force (of which a non penetrating stab has lots mind you). however, gambesons are impractical in the modern world as it's an inch thick and hot as fuck. there really isn't any any comprehensive and practical stab armour even today. german police ballistic vests use a stainless welded ring maille insert in conjunction with soft woven kevlar (maille in front of kevlar) but that just protects the vitals. full body maille exists too but isn't really stab proof either.

Wear a flak vest. The plates are made out of Doron and are basically stabproof.

Half inch thick cloth-resin plates
Fiberglass or Kevlar would make it bullet resistant but even just cotton should give it enough structural support for the resin to stop a blade
