A bit ago I made a thread that went into depth on my idea for a auto aim in the real life and how i planned to market it to Baretta or Winchester.

Despite reciving mostly haters I got a few that believed in this small humble Estonian. Baretta and Winchester both replied to my email but they didn't want to do it because they said its an idea I should pursue my self. My friend is a petroleum engineer who will help me invent the technology. Since the gun companies aren't interest should I go to kickstarter?

Thankyou
>>
>>32596023
Yes it is a good idea you should do it
>>
I remember you OP, Im disappointed to hear that your unique idea wasn't well recieved by Beretta.
>>
>>32596023
if you're talking about fire control, I'm pretty sure civilians cant have that. I could be wrong though

it's usually cheaper to just have a man point the gun though
>>
>>32596023
Are you the OP that went on about a gun that tracks heartbeats and shit? If so, you stole that shit from the movie Eraser and it is still a stupid idea.
>>
>>32596023
What is the idea OP?
>>
>>32596170
>Im disappointed
>by Beretta

He should be proud in not getting cucked.
>>
>>32596023
Bro, if you already contacted big wepons companies you must have a business plan and you did some market research. So your idea is valid, remember some west-countries doesnt understand our countries situation.

I think you cant put your idea on kickstarter because it has a strict policy about weapons. I know some youtubers had rants about this. Consider it, if you put your idea somewhere your idea will be stolen.

Anyways keep your head up bro, and keep triing. Best wishes from Hungary.
>>
>>32596023
As much as a working prototype would impress literally anyone, I think you should focus on getting "Beretta" spelled correctly.
>>
>>32596023
Get a working prototype, patent it, and then look for buyers and funding to manufacture it.

The problem with using something like Kickstarter is, you run the risk of your idea being stolen.
>>
Holy fuck, this idiot came back?
>>
If Beretta and Winchester both told you the same thing, it means they don't think your product is worth investing in.

If they saw potential in it, they'd eat that shit up and get an exclusive military contract.
>>
>>32596023
Be aware you already have competition.

no a heart beat auto aim locker

>>32597299
yes, no I thought of it myself as I drew the idea back in 2002 as a child

>>32597809
basically like a counter strike aimbot that works on the hearts electromagnetic field so it locks on. 100% accuracy with a 1% miss

>>32598100
Im thinking of contacting HandK

>>32598225
Thank you brother, I am not far from you I am Estonia

>>32598333
Oh I never realized, I hope they understood English isn't my 2nd language

>>32600959
Yes my friend is working on the welding as we speak

>>32602438
Excuse me?

>>32602513
What if they want to steal idea?

>>32603650
Its not the same as mine, they dont have the science theory like I do
>>
>>32604475
I love you.
>>
>>32604475
You're the stupidest son of abitch in the history of the planet and I was shocked you came back here, not only that but you're still saying everything you said the first time as if you actually believe what you're saying.
>>
>>32604932
no because its true and I will make money. ill buy your house from you for cheap price when I get my contract with HanK
>>
>>32604932
>>32605031
and India will be world superpower by 2030
>>
>>32605113
after they buy my technology they will be
>>
>>32605148
I'm legitimately curious- something that tracks heartbeats by electromagnetic fluctuations? Could you elaborate a little bit? Or maybe just provide me with an archived link to the last thread?
>>
>>32605245
I had to search archives but I found it (not OP).

desuarchive.org/k/thread/32251259/

This is OPs logic

'Heart contraction initiated by depolarization of the sinoatrial node (which causes atrial systole) creates very measurable dipoles. Furthermore due to the intricate coordination in the electrical conduction system of the heart, I'm sure someone with relevant engineering qualifications could create a device that picks up on these very specific dipoles and thus ignoring the chaotic electrical field given off by everything else that isn't living (i.e electrical towers).'
>>
>>32605275
I really, really doubt that you could filter out the huge amounts of EM noise to pick up such a tiny signal.
>>
>>32605275

Holy shit what. I thought this would just be an IR sensor, a rangefinder, and something to measure windspeed hooked into a Nokia to create a backpack FCS, but nope.
>>
>>32605275
>>32605316
Oh, it's an electric dipole? No chance.

>>
>>32605313
The original thread is a pretty good read. I'm still unsure if OP is a dedicated troll or actually a retarded Estonian
>>
>>32605275
that's pretty well written, was it by the same Op?
>>
>>32596023
So, you obviously know this already exists, right? What are you going to do different?
>>
>>32605900
>...this already exists...
What.
>>
>>32605946
Ah fuck, /tg/ name stayed on. Sorry.
>>
>>32604475
>What if they want to steal idea?
Then you are a stupid fuck for looking for buyers before you have a legal patent for a design.
>>
>>32596023
>they said its an idea I should pursue my self
tl;dr of this is "You're talking out of your ass. get a working prototype and maybe we won't laugh so hard we break a rib"
>>
>>32606070
I drew the blue prints in 2002
>>
>>32606124
you may have drawn the blueprints, have you filed a legal patent and had it confirmed?
>>
>>32605946
The 'auto aim' thing. He posted it. I didn't read the thread and realize it was a troll.
>>
>>32606138
i dont need a patent because its my intellectual capitals
>>
>>32606300
Yes, you do need a patent. It is the way is is legally your intellectual property.
I ask again, have you filed and confirmed a patent on your design?
>>
>>32606378
no because I don't need to, I do know law, you dont know law
>>
>>32606391
You do, the patent protects your intellectual property for 20 years from the date of application or 17 years from the date the patent is confirmed.
Without filing for a patent there isn't any legal defense of your design because there is no legal proof that the design is indeed your intelectual property, as such there is no protection from theft of your design when you go to tender, Berretta, Winchester or any company would have the design and you would have no legal recourse to counterman them, there is legal precident of this atleast 14 times in the past 2 years alone.
Yes, I do know law
>>
>>32606466
if you did know law you wouldn't write that because I did invent it within the last 20 years (2002 to be exact specific)
>>
>>32606488
The fact that you created it is legally irrelevant, the 20 years is from the date that you filed for the patent, colloquially "patent-pending"
If you have not filed for the patent, legally the design is not protected

>This entire thread
>>
>>32606527
if you prove your intellectual capers then you will be okay in courts
>>
>>32606607
The Your intellectual capital is made up of the amalgam of your copyrighted and patented designs, those are your intelectual capital.
You prove they are yours by presenting you patent, if you have no patent you have no legal proof that the design is yours, you will not be "Okay in courts" there are 14 precidents in the last 2 years alone where cases have tried that and been ruled against them.
If you haven't filed a patent then legally it is not yours, if you show the design to any prospective buyers and they are interested then THEY will file the patent and you have lost it.
>>
>>32606696
no.
>>
>>32606696
Yes, fix up or you will lose your shit.

Out, damned Yurop!
>>
>>32606818
you dont know law, i know law. youre basless posting confirms this statement to be true.
>>
>>32606914
You do not know law or you wouldn't be so retarded as to believe that your design is protected without filing a patent for the design, taking it to companies without atleast having one pending is unbelievably idiotic.
I look forward to the salt when you have the design stolen, if you ever make the retarded idea work in the 1st place.
>>
>>32606994
>retarded idea
>so good it gets stolen

make ur mind up
>>
>>32607017
if there's even a 1 in 10000 chance you can make an idea work, you should file a patent.

Throw it on top of a Pepe liberator and you've got an all 4chan weapon
>>
The technology to make autoaim rifles/ machine guns is available, the problem is that it is too expensive/ inefficient and there is very little market for it
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samsung_SGR-A1.
If what you're talking about it's a system mounted on your gun( carried by a human) that autoaims the weapon.
I'd like to know how you plan to go about it

yes my idea does work
