You'll be fine. There's plenty of options for tweaking, if you're so inclined, but it should be perfectly serviceable out of the box.

Traded my P99C for a CZ P-09
So far I don't regret it, but I haven't been able to shoot it yet.
I feel like I might want a P-07 instead because of magazines, the P-09 can only use P-09 mags, but the P-07 can use CZ75 mags

The NC plant is the newest one, they made that rifle I bought there and make the AR-556. AZ is mostly semi-auto pistols and NH, where I am, is the largest and make all the revolvers, 10/22 and high end semi rifles.
