Doubt it, given the accuracy of the other details. You don't just forget the ejection port after copying the contours of the receiver & slide just right.

I remember having read I manga many, many years ago that was about some guy who gets injured and lands in the hospital. Some contact of him sells him a P7M13 that becomes his signature weapon. He then goes to clear his name or something like that.

The main character is a guy with long, black hair. The action might take place in Germany, but I'm not sure. Does anyone know this manga?

I support the Makarov, but it's obvious the artist fucked up at least a little either way so there's not much point. There's no indentation on the very top of the slide at all, which you'd have to have even if it has a left-side ejection port.
