You can swage it into a new bullet. The brass is just as good as copper jacketing for .22. Especially if you are into .22-250 or 22wmr custom bullet loads. rimfire central as stories on how to.

I have a homer bucket half full of mostly 22lr and misc brass, when it's full I'll sell it for scrap. Probably more trouble than it's worth for most but I can get ~$2.50 a pound at the scrap buyer near me.
