Both of those SMUs are at the top of their game and both train from similar playbooks, if not outright identical in some cases. Delta/CAG/whatever pretty much wrote the book when it comes to this shit after mingling with the SAS and bringing in other specialists. DEVGRU worked with a lot of the same people, teaches the same skill set and relies on the same type of training and repetition.

Any difference between the two would likely boil down to individual shooters and luck. You don't want to be a shit head on the other end of either unit's barrel(s).

From what I understand, Delta uses pretty old-fashioned tactics and ST6 is more cutting edge.

Operators from both units are interchangeable with each other if needed (and has been done in the past). They train to nearly identical standards, which is to say as good as human beings can be at going into a place and putting holes in bad things while not putting holes in good things.

Both rely on dynamic entries even though better stuff is available from Israel
