Syria or Yugoslavia if you're in Thrace. Bulgaria makes the best ones in the balkans and the best outside of Russia. Iraqi AKs are a copy of the Yugoslav m70 and are very good as well.

This. The WASR is a rock solid AK, people just assumed it was junk because they used to be cheap. It set the highest standard in the AK Operators Union tests, even for accuracy, which was exactly 1 MOA. A comparable AR would run you at least $5k and require a lot of tweaking.
