Should be fine with either the gen 4 g21 or gen 3 SF. YSK that the gen 4 g21 with no backstraps mounted is about the same as the gen 3 SF, and you can always make it thicker if it feels better in your hand.

Gen4 G21 fits perfectly fine in my 5'7 manlet hands. Grip is thinner and more contoured than Gen3.

Your hands are not small really you just have short fingers. Just try it out in a gunstore, rent it to shoot if you can.

There are also obviously other striker fire options if you really don't like the Glock's grip.
