OP, ignore this fucktard in question. Speer Gold dot or Federal HST. Both are good, proven hollowpoints that are being used by LE agencies all around the US and have excellent track records.

Don't get caught up in splitting hairs with bullet weight. Try to stick with whatever you're practicing with. There's people who practice with 115gr then carry 147 thinking the POI is the same while it is not. I shoot exclusively 124gr Lawman and carry 124gr Gold Dot with the Lawman being the actual training component to Speer Gold Dot.

What's better hst for glock 19

124 gr +p or 147 gr +p

Go for it, Lawman is loaded a bit hotter than most ammo in order to mimick the Gold Dots and it's just as affordable as any other brass cased 9mm. I suggest going to SGAmmo for both.
