meh, dont bother with the cost, you will have greater issue with spare parts, having a turbojet, etc.

because the f86 i love its look and the vintage aluminum look

and 23mm guns that had bullet drop that differed from said 37mm cannon, let's not forget.

MIG-15 looks like a tractor. And a lot of dead MIG pilots (yes, even Hanchos. LOL muh elite soviet fighting force!) would attest to having a healthy respect for the Sabre, you know...if they weren't dead.

MIG guns were hot garbage. They basically had to be inside the exhaust plume of a Sabre before they'd hit. And that's if you're not a cross eyed gook.

Because the Sabre is a goddamn sexy aircraft, and did very well against the Migs.
Mig was way lighter which was a very good thing but it had massive problems at near mach speed which made it unflyable thats why they added automatic brakes to stop pilots from overspeeding and crashing
also the guns were powerful but with a very low Muzzle velocity the Rate of fire wasnt that bad and frankly 1 hit from the 37mm/23mm and enemy plane is dead
stop talking shit without knowing anything

They were intended to destroy big, slow bombers, not small agile fighters
