How unwieldy are large revolvers like 6 inch plus? I want to

Not bad at all. Most cops carried 4" to 6" revolvers. I OC a model 28 on Sundays during our churches bbq and it's not bad.

I have a 6" and two 4".

I usually use a 4" for OC innawoods as it snags on less, shit and the barrel doesn't hit into whatever I happen to be sitting on.

I do prefer shooting the 6" more though.
